Common questions about our services, processes and how we work with clients.
We specialise in three core areas: Tax Dispute Resolution (audits, objections, appeals), Transfer Pricing (documentation, benchmarking, policy development), and Tax Planning (compliance, deferred tax, IFRS provisions, year-round advisory). We also offer fixed-fee filing services for individuals and businesses.
Our office is at Crescent Business Centre, Nairobi, Kenya. We serve clients across Africa and internationally through our digital client portal and virtual consultation capabilities.
Monday–Friday: 08:00–17:00; Saturday: 08:00–12:30; Sunday: Closed (EAT).

As soon as you receive a KRA audit notification, tax assessment, or intention to audit letter. Early engagement preserves your rights, ensures proper documentation, and often leads to more favourable outcomes.
After a tax assessment, you have 30 days to file a Notice of Objection with KRA. If unresolved, you can appeal to the Tax Appeals Tribunal within 30 days of KRA's decision. Further appeals go to the High Court. We guide you through each stage.
Yes. Our team includes authorised tax agents who can represent you in all KRA proceedings and before the Tax Appeals Tribunal.
If you have cross-border related-party transactions (with parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates) and your annual turnover exceeds KES 500 million, Kenyan law requires you to prepare and maintain transfer pricing documentation (local and master files).
A benchmarking study compares your intercompany transaction terms (pricing, margins, royalties) against comparable independent transactions to demonstrate arm's length compliance. We use global databases (e.g., S&P Capital IQ, Orbis) for this analysis.
KRA can impose penalties up to 100% of the tax adjustment, plus interest. Late filing of documentation attracts separate penalties. Proactive compliance is significantly more cost-effective.
Our tax planning covers tax computations and return filing, deferred tax schedules, review of IFRS-compliant tax provisions, planning for deductions and reliefs, and year-round advisory support to optimise your tax position legally.
